The house is beautiful just as seen in pictures. The pool was a bit cold about the winter time, but it wasn't a problem. We had no trouble with insects, just a few ants. The kitchen is well equipped, has a large stove, although it does not have a microwave oven. The garden has an ideal barbecue for outdoor living. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. They let us check out a little later than checkout time, which we really appreciated. All instructions were clear, and the house feels very safe. Also, it has space for parking cars indoors, which was very convenient. Tepoztlán is only a 15 minute drive away, so I recommend bringing food and water as there aren't many options walking around. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The house is very beautiful and cozy, Elba was very friendly and accessible since it allowed us access since we arrived, which was very helpful as we brought food and a person of the 3rd age, we think that a little accessibility and privacy is missing. To go to the bathroom it is necessary to go up or down stairs and from the 4 bathrooms only 1 had a door that divided it from the room. We lacked instructions from the house because the door that gives access to the room opens the reverse, the gate for car access also was complicated because it is carved out and when closing it did not enbonate the manija. The pool was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the water was very cold. We did not know that we had to take the solar cells and also how to take them until we asked. Please take into account that there are quite a few ants as it is surrounded by the garden which is very beautiful the beds are very comfortable. The house is very beautiful, if we would return.

We had a very nice stay in the house. The stay was very pleasant and the house had what we needed. Elba was very kind and attentive to our needs. She will definitely come back

Very nice house, tidy, clean. Irene orientated us and resolved our doubts in a timely manner. We had a very quiet and happy weekend. Highly recommended for those who like Tepoztlán and at the same time want to stay away from the bustle of the weekend due to the high number of visitors.
