El espacio
Esta casa de dos pisos, ubicada en la planta baja y rodeada de jardines, cuenta con una minipiscina privada y acceso directo a la playa. El mar está a solo unos pasos, mientras que los centros comerciales, supermercados y restaurantes se encuentran a pocos minutos de la propiedad.
El departamento está ubicado en un edificio pequeño con solo 14 residencias e incluye:
- Tres habitaciones, cada una con baño privado
- Una habitación principal con bañera y televisión inteligente
- Una sala que se abre a la terraza, el jacuzzi y el jardín compartido
El edificio es privado y seguro, con vigilancia las 24 horas. Se encuentra aproximadamente a 10 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto y a 5 minutos en automóvil de La Isla Shopping Mall, que ofrece restaurantes, cines y tiendas.
La limpieza del día del registro de entrada está incluida, con servicio general de 9:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m. Durante el resto de la estadía, la limpieza tiene un costo de $500 MXN por día, pagado directamente al personal de limpieza. Este servicio incluye limpieza general y preparación de alimentos.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a las amenidades compartidas de la propiedad, incluyendo:

Beautiful location! Quiet and perfect for families looking to stay away from busy downtown area. Felt safe the entire time with staff and security around the clock. Being able to step outside and have the pools and beach in just a few steps was amazing, especially with little kids! Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal for our group. The lady who comes and cooks and cleans is very nice and would recommend. The inside is outdated. It does need some upgrades and maintenance. Our private pool was dirty, we did not use it. The TV and remote downstairs was also very slow. We did encounter some bugs but understand it’s due to the location. You are really paying for the location and the proximity to the beach and that alone we would stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable, and the service and attention of Oli, the person who cleans and cooks, is excellent. It is a very quiet place. We really enjoyed the pools. The beach is a few steps away and the view is amazing.

We had a family vacation with children aged 2 and 6, and we enjoyed it very much! The dining area on the outdoor terrace, the small private hot tub, the direct access to the garden and the pools, and the beach just a short walk away with breathtaking views were wonderful for enjoying a few very comfortable days of relaxation with the kids. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos; the condominium is small in scale (a big plus for us), it is well maintained, and it feels safe and quiet at all times. Poli, the lady who helps with cooking and cleaning, is lovely, discreet, and extremely helpful; it's really worth it to have her cook breakfast and lunch. The host, Liliana, was always very accessible and quick in all interactions. I would also like to highlight that she was extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful when we had a situation that made our departure logistically difficult, which we greatly appreciated, especially since we were traveling with children. Thank you very much! Looking forward to returning soon!!
