The place is beautiful, very central, with lots of privacy, spacious and really nice. But the girl who gave us the house made a complaint to us because we reported to Mr. Hermann that when we arrived the house was not ready. Check-in was at 4:00 and they didn't give us the house until after 5:00. Although Mr. Hermann acknowledged it at check-out time, the girl complained to us in a somewhat rude manner, and honestly, with that attitude, we were tense the entire stay.

It is a very cozy house and has enough amenities for the accommodation. The pool is large, and the patio/dining area is comfortable to enjoy with friends or family. It is located very close to the entrance to San Juan and the residential area is very quiet, so there is no problem with vehicles or safety. This is the second time in less than 5 months that I have visited this place and I would gladly stay there again. Hermann was very attentive and always promptly answered any questions I had.
