La piscina se calienta mediante una caldera y está disponible por un cargo adicional. Se dejará con un 50 % de capacidad al momento de la salida, y los huéspedes deberán reponer el gas consumido.
Para solicitar la climatización de la piscina, se requiere un depósito de $1,000. Este monto se retendrá como depósito para cubrir el consumo de gas.
El uso de la caldera debe solicitarse al menos 24 horas antes de la llegada. La persona responsable de encender y apagar la caldera está disponible de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m., de lunes a sábado.
Si necesita que la caldera se encienda un domingo, deberá pagar $100 adicionales directamente a la persona responsable. La caldera no puede encenderse fuera del horario programado del administrador.

We liked the house very much. We had a great time! We really enjoyed the pool. The temperature was perfect. Lizeth was always attentive to any situation. We hope to return soon. The rooms are very comfortable.

Highly recommend this home for families! The house was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect temperature, and the BBQ area is amazing. Even though we had a temporary power outage from Friday night until Saturday morning, Liz and Arely were extremely helpful and graciously extended our checkout to 4:00 PM on Sunday to make up for it. Great hosts and a wonderful property!

We found 2 cockroaches the day after we checked in. The interior curtain didn't make me feel safe. The pool has no filter and I had to clean it many times during the day. The pool temperature indicator is unreliable. They asked us to bring toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and pool towels. My daughter cut her foot in the pool. I don't think it's a place I would return to.

The stay was great! We really liked the place; everything was clean. The only thing is that in the bedroom, all the doors were closed, so it wasn't possible to take anything out of the suitcase.

It was an excellent stay, ideal for families. The outdoor area is ideal and very comfortable, the pool, barbecue and terrace are great, my dog was happy. The house is very nice, large and with lots of amenities. Perfect cleaning. Entering the subdivision and the house was very easy. It is a quiet and safe area, honestly 10 out of 10
