What a great place . Close to every thing. Literally walked all the time. No need for Uber or idrive. And the history was amazing. He was on it fir all our questions and had lots of suggestion. He is definitely amazing.

Our stay at Gilles’s place was excellent! It’s a wonderful place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom and kitchen. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the communication and service were excellent throughout our stay. The swimming pool was absolutely unbelievable! We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay! We loved the amenities and the host provided water and snacks as welcome gifts. Everything matches the description and the location is very safe and close to the 5th Ave. Excellent stay! We will definitely come back!

The host, Gilles and his concierge were fantastic! There was plenty of contact up, during, and after our stay. The flat is far away from the action to have peace while you’re there, but close enough to get everywhere within 5 minutes. It was also a quick trip to the supermarket which we frequented. The flat was as comfortable, private and there was plenty of room for my wife, daughter and I to spread out comfortably. The place was fully stocked and Issac, the concierge, took a grocery order before we got there and everything was waiting for us! We had a great time and really enjoyed the space!

I stayed at Gilles’ place for four days and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean and in a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. Communication was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout. I didn’t really use the concierge services, but when I reached out, the agent was quick to reply. A nice touch was how well stocked the place was. Gilles left thoughtful essentials and extras like wine, chips, coffee, soap, and even toothpaste, which we had actually run out of. Everything we needed was there, and then some. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Our stay in Playa del Carmen was truly wonderful. The condo was very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and immediately felt like home. The location was excellent and just a short walk to the beach, where we always felt safe and welcomed at the local beach clubs. The surrounding area was lively and full of energy, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment along the main streets that stayed vibrant well into the night. The people in Playa del Carmen were incredibly friendly, and the weather was perfect throughout our stay. A special thank you to our host, Issac, who went above and beyond to assist us with our travel arrangements and made everything effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly return in the future. The Smiths
