Diseñada con un estilo industrial y playero, cada rincón refleja la esencia del surf y detalles modernos.

- Cocina amplia y totalmente equipada con isla y electrodomésticos nuevos
- Baño espacioso con estética indonesia, ideal para relajarse
- Sala con sofá cama, perfecta para dos personas adicionales
- Habitación principal en el segundo piso, equipada con cama king size y una cama individual extra. El acceso es mediante una escalera tipo marinero, que debe usarse con precaución al subir y bajar.

The place is very well located but it seems to be geared towards surfers who don't need a few basic amenities like hot water, or a water tanks which is needed in Nicaragua. In addition, the stairs are quite steep and dangerous. The host communicates well but I wish I had known about this prior to booking.

Nice space right across the street from beach and beach club (which is where you want to be in Iguanas). Stairs to upstairs sleeping are/loft may not be safe for small children. Our kids were older and we didn’t have any issues.

We had a very good time. The location is perfect to be right on the beach and go surfing. We highly recommend it to everyone! :) Great place to stay!

Cute little house just a short walk from the beach and very close to the beach club. Beautiful surroundings with lots of trees. Host is friendly and responsive. Our kids had a great time.

Beautiful new house about a 1 minute walk to the main break at Colorado's. Very happy with the stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Air conditioning worked great. The space was clean and comfortable. Great place!

Casa Rocas Nica is a beautiful house with open environments. It has a modern concept and has the basics and necessary for a family stay. It has a perfect and complete kitchen, with all appliances. A very spacious and comfortable room. The bathing experience is unique. The very picturesque porch surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors inside the house. The best part is its great location, 100 meters from the beach. Totally recommended. We charm and we enjoyed it, we would stay again in this house, which is located in a safe and private environment, where varied restaurant options are offered. The host's attention was very good.
