We had a wonderful time staying at "the house of dreams"! The home is beautifully decorated with so much character and had everything we needed. We had such a blast playing in the pool with our kiddos. We saw a family of monkeys a few times, and so much other wild life like iguana and kudamundi (Pizote) The house is walkable to restaurants and the beach, however i would recommend renting a golf cart specifically for trecking back from the beach in the heat if you have kids or elderly people with you. Playa grande was such an awesome community and we hope to come back soon! Hopefully it doesn't get to crowded!

Great place, liked the kitchen and large gathering area. Would have Natalia over more to cook meals for us in the house, she does a great Arroz con pollo. Kept cool in house with AC. Karalee and Jorge provide great guidance on where to go, places to eat, favorite excursions, etc. Good security, felt safe.

Karalee was so responsive, made great recommendations, and was super friendly. The house managers were also friendly and gave us a full tour and answered all our questions about air conditioning, washer and dryer, etc. The house was very interesting with fun statues and instrument for us to enjoy! We had a very short walk to the beach and also close to the small town and trails to go on. The pool was also a nice place to hang out and they included all kitchen appliances. Overall my family enjoyed this house and would recommend it to pretty much every one

I had an amazing time staying at the Casa de los Sueños. Our trip had been a bit complicated because of a lot of unexpected hiccups before making it to Playa Grande and so when we finally made it to the house we could not have been more pleased. The house is beautiful, very close to an amazing beach that still feels very much connected to nature. Karalee was also extremely helpful and communicated with us whenever we needed anything, even though she was traveling at the time. Would highly recommend staying here.

Karalee’s place has many things to recommend it. It’s a beautiful home with a great pool near the beach. I wish we had visited during the rainy season or just after the rainy season. I’m sure our stay would have been five star except Guanacaste in April is just too dry. The heat is especially difficult and the lack of lush foliage was unappealing. We had never been here before so now we know to time our stay in Guanacaste for October to December. The Playa Grande area is fun and not overrun with tourists and the owner and house manager are helpful.
