The place is located in a quiet street with no traffic, yet very close to main roads, making it a convenient base to enjoy and explore the city. Step into a remodeled, beautifully designed space offering a blend of comfort and convenience with laminate flooring. Relax and enjoy the tranquility from the big green terrace with BBQ and views over the mountain range or from inside the hot tub. The space Casa Colibri has around 160 sqm (1,722 sqft) and awaits you with: 1. 5 modern bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms - all newly remodeled and with natural light (3 bedrooms with private bathroom, one social bathroom and a toilet on the terrace). 2 bedrooms additionally have a private balcony. 2. Master bedroom with A/C; other rooms stay comfortable with fans and good ventilation. 3. Spacious private outside terrace with lots of colorful and tropical plants, a BBQ and a hammock. A place to relax, meditate, work or having a great time with friends. 4. Private patio with big 6-person hot tub to unwind and chill out 5. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals 6. Espresso machine and French press for different coffee tastes 7. Very fast WiFi - 500 Mbs for remote work 8. 43-inch, 4k television with free Nexflix for entertainment in each bedroom 9. Desk & comfy chair in each bedroom for getting work done 10. The main entrance is secured by 2 doors and the apartment itself can be reached via a very short stairway. The doors of the house and the apartment are all modern electronic locks, so you will be able to enter at all times keyless with a code. Other things to note The price includes all utilities and cleaning once a week (if your stay is longer than a week. For stays less than a week we cover all cleaning costs after your stay). Additional cleaning service is available upon request. My co-host Andreas and me are available all week long in case you need anything. A wonderful oasis in Medellin. Exceptional design and thoughtful amenities in a beautiful home that can host a crowd or a family. A rare find if you can book it. All the rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The dining room/living room is a little small if you have five people at dinner, but in almost every respect, this was one of our favorite places.

Casa Colibri was the perfect home base for our large group stay in Medellín! The hot tub was a great bonus—we enjoyed relaxing in it even on rainy days. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home with ease. The master bedroom and bathroom on the quiet third floor offered excellent privacy. Camila was a rock star, incredibly responsive, answering all our questions lightning fast. We loved the convenient location, with the Jumbo grocery store just a few blocks away and Suramerica metro station within a 10-minute walk. The home was immaculate and had all the essentials for a comfortable 4-day stay with a big group. If we had stayed longer, we would’ve definitely enjoyed the top floor patio and BBQ. We really enjoyed our stay at Florian’s place! The apartment had everything we needed and felt like home right away. It’s in a great spot, close to La Setenta with all the music, food, and local vibe, and still only about a 20-minute ride to El Poblado when you want something a bit more upscale. Florian’s team was amazing, super friendly, flexible, and always quick to help with anything we needed. You can tell they really care about their guests. Medellín totally lives up to its nickname, the city of eternal spring, perfect weather, great energy, and the kindest people. I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in town.

The place was an ideal choice for a vacation. All the amenities were in excellent condition, and the co-host provided a thorough explanation of everything, which was really helpful. The pictures accurately reflect the property, so I definitely recommend it. The place is close to Provinza, 10 mins drive if you book an uber. Highly recommended :)

Florian’s place was amazing it’s my second time staying with him and it’s has being amazing I can’t complain. Camilla is absolutely incredible and amazing and very professional and knowledgeable and makes everything super easy and seamless. Amazing I highly recommend and would stay again.
