The place is quite nice, very central in the hotel zone It's a good place. It just has a few issues, like some TV remote controls that didn't work and some doors that didn't have locks, like the bathroom doors. We also had a few situations where we needed to talk to the host but didn't get a response

There were several situations with the condition of the apartment that would have made our stay a bad one. The toilet downstairs wouldn't flush, the shower upstairs sprayed water directly onto the light, the drain in the upstairs sink got clogged, and we had no air conditioning upstairs one night. But everything was resolved as soon as it was reported. Jannette was always attentive and kind to any request. The apartment has an excellent view, is clean, just like in the photos, centrally located, with shops all very close by, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. We would definitely come back. We are leaving very happy. Thank you.

Thank you Aldo! Place was great. Location was steps away from the beach. Turtles even came to the beach at night. Just check in at security and make your way to your room!

Aldo place is nice but I feel it could have been nicer if it had a good deep clean. The doors and cubbards need a wipe down. There is make up smudges on the wall around the full mirrors. Some stains on the curtians and couch. The kitchen chairs has crumbs between the seat. The plant on the kitchen table is dusty. There is small tiny ants in the kitchen and upper bathroom along with a sewer smell from the shower drain. The beach towel that were available during our stay had a musty smell, I had to rewash them with detergent I brought. The good part of staying here was the comfy beds and spacious bedrooms having a full kitchen and laundry. Having access to the beach and pools. Also there is construction on the main road so there is alot of traffic in the area so beware of delays. Over all it waa a decent stay just wished it was a bit cleaner.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the beach, it matched the photos, the pool was great, I would stay again if I return to Cancun.

Affordable place to stay everything is walkable distance and easy access to the beach and pool area. Big plus the supermarket is very close and other miscellaneous stores nearby. The only thing about the place it could use some air fresher and some extra toilet paper could be useful. Overall good place to stay.
