This upstairs apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom, situated in a house within the small beach town of Playa Langosta, adjacent to Marino Baula National Park.

The unit includes a charming covered outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying your meals. Inside, you'll find a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a flat-screen smart TV with cable, WiFi, and security cameras.

Guests can relax by the beautiful new shared pool or take advantage of the washer and dryer available in the apartment. Parking is provided on-site.

Location

The apartment is just a 3-minute (100-meter) walk from one of Costa Rica’s most pristine beaches and river mouths, known for spectacular sunsets and excellent surf breaks.

Nearby amenities include a supermarket next door and several restaurants and bars within close proximity. These include an Italian restaurant on one corner and a surf bar and restaurant on the other. Tamarindo’s shopping and nightlife district is only 1 kilometer away.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the host is readily available to assist via in person, phone, email, or text. Alejandro, the caretaker, lives downstairs in the main house and is also available to provide information or help during your visit.
