The good: Citlali the host was very attentive all the time and responded all our questions and gave clear instructions The house is pretty and big The pool is clean and had a nice temperature There are good spaces to hang out like the living room with the tv or the palapa outside It’s located in a good spot, close to the beach and everything you need Pool towels and shower towels were provided The not so good: The house is pretty, but old and definitely needs some touch ups here and there The lights in the backyard and a pool didn’t work so it got really dark at night The kitchen utensils and pans definitely need to be replaced The towels had stains

The house is very nice, spacious and very clean. Everything feels well-maintained and comfortable for the stay. In addition, Citlali’s service was excellent; she was always attentive and responded quickly when we needed her. It was definitely a very good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here in Sayulita. The rooms were private and everything was as described. An easy walk into town for all amenities and a golf cart rental down the hill for those that aren't trying to walk everywhere. Great new sports bar around the corner, Sports Garden, where we had a memorable afternoon watching our Seahawks win the Superbowl! Note that anywhere you book in town will have a fair amount of town noise, live bands, cars and motorcycles driving by, this house is on a very sleepy/quiet street, but you still here the lively ambience of town, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. This is the case for any rentals in town, I am sure, you'd have to book something well outside downtown for more quiet. We loved that the pool area was partially shaded for most of the day, so everyone had the option of being either in the sun or the shade while hanging out at the house. Fabulous spot, we would book this place again for sure!

All in all, the accommodation met our expectations. We had the visit of Mrs. Edith for cleaning during the week and had a wonderful stay. On the first night, we found a few stains in the beds of the main bedrooms (apartment and house), but were able to clean everything thanks to the washing machines. In addition, our host was very responsive, and sought to ensure that our needs were met quickly (shampoo at the beginning of the week, water refill during the week and repair of a problem with one of the safes). The place was very secure and we felt very good in it. I'll be back anytime!
