This is a stunning condo, right above the infinity pool and ocean. The place is very large with great furniture and style. We loved it!

This place is amazing. So comfortable, perfect location. Couldn’t have been better for our group - which included two toddlers! Thanks again to Armando for hosting us. We hope to be back.

Armando's home is huge, comfortable, clean, well equipped, and beautiful. The building is well maintained with friendly and professional staff. It all felt safe and luxurious. It's in a great location about a 1/2 mile walk from several fabulous restaurants. The beach was sandy and the ocean was swimmable. But there were a couple problems. 1. We were only given 1 key which meant the 2 couples had to do everything together. This was a huge problem when that 1 key got lost one night. 2. We chose his condo partly because prior reviews raved about how helpful Armando was. My first list of 6 questions was responded to with 'Sure I can help' and nothing else. A few days later I asked again and the response was just 'Hi Jill'. Eventually he had some vague answers but it was clear he would not be dependable so we figured things out on our own. It would have been better if he was clear at the start that he would not be able to help. Also an in home orientation page would be nice.

A beautiful condo, in a very secure, clean, private development. The area was rather quiet and not overly crowded (versus other larger and more public developments). The condo had everything one requires. The kitchen was fully equipped. -- Better than the pictures showed! -- The layout of the facilities is unbeatable with the proximity of the pool and the beach just a few more steps. The beach is very nice and walkable; the waters are calm and safe. The fitness room is just one floor away, and the parking one floor (above!). There is 1 parking inside is convenient. If you have two cars, parking one on the street of the development is convenient and safe. -- Just note that for check in, the building you need to find is "Signatures" and not the other two similar developments all in the same strip. Enjoy! We certainly did - no disappointments at all.

Overall great stay and would come back again. Pictures are accurate (except one picture w a small room and a brown sofa that does not exist)? Two bedrooms have beautiful views of the ocean, w patio access. 3 rooms with king beds and one room with two double beds. All rooms have their own bathroom. We rented a golf cart but probably didn’t need. Everything we need within walking distance. We did use it to go to Four Seasons for lunch one day and one evening we used it to go to the nearby hospital for my son who had a reaction to an insect bite. The pool area is so nice and not crowded. Same for the beach. There are some small rocks when you first go in but once you get past these the bottom is smooth. Be careful if walking on the bottom (drag feet slowly) as there were sting rays. One small critique is the units are not numbered and it doesn’t show accurately on gps so it was hard to locate. And communication could have been better on what to expect for water, staff, etc.

Wish the check-in process was explained better. Did not quite know which exact building to go to, and when checking in they did not have the correct name on the reservation which caused me to have to reach out and wait. I can see how this was a simple mistake, and if the name was correct on the reservation this would not have happened. Armando was helpful in getting us a baby crib, and did resolve the issue of the check-in process when it arose. Place was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and exceeded our expectations. The pool was the perfect temperature and having a designated parking space at the location was also a great plus. Overall this place was incredible and we had so much fun with our family of six, including a toddler.

Armando's beachfront condo was a 10/10 for our family vacation. The unit is super spacious & clean with ensuite bathrooms in all 4 bedrooms and the most amazing view of the ocean & pool. There is on-site security and we felt super safe the entire time. The location can NOT be beat - you are right on the beach with a 5 min beach walk to town or an easy 10 min stroll through town to get to the main area. But there are a number of local restaurants and cafes within a block or two of the building. Armando was super responsive and easy to communicate with. He also operates as a concierge and has access to all of the great recreational activities and attractions that he can arrange for you. We were super grateful for his restaurant recommendations and his help in getting jetskis for us on our daughter's birthday. We rented a car in PV and were very happy we had one. There is free on-site parking with an attendant. Can't recommend this spot more highly!
