Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

The concierge service with the Airbnb was very helpful and made the trip seamless since the drivers knew the house location and communicated with the house manager on timing for us. Overall we had a great time. beds were comfortable and space was clean. A dishwasher would have been very helpful and some dish towels or paper towels. Also ready ice in the freezer or small ice maker would be a nice touch.

Our stay in Tulum was fantastic. Even before we arrived Lupita had reached out ready to help with whatever we needed. Check in was seamless and everyone was very helpful (even when we ran out of battery and had to hunt David down through Airbnb he was immediately responsive and helpful). Lupita was in touch throughout the stay for anything we needed and even had a surprise game of scrabble ready for us when we arrived as I’d asked previously if the villa had it. The villa was pristine and had everything we might’ve needed and more. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large and well stocked. Air conditioners were great and kitchen had all we needed to eat home. The pool area was perfect and after a windy night Lupita even messaged to ask if she could send Lucas to clean it up for us. When little things needed attention Lupita was instantly responsive and solve any issue, including noisy neighbors who were not an issue after Lupita’s help. Would 100% stay again. Thank you!

First off, if you need a place to stay in Tulum, look no further David & Lupita have you covered they are great hosts. Lupita from the day I book the Airbnb a couple months before the trip made sure to answer all my questions, set up excursions, airport transfer, made the reservations & put me in Contact with Stephan the chef who was also a highlight of the trip as he was really nice and genuine person. They made my stay in tulum excellent & exceeded expectations. Will definitely be back & booking with them again.

This place was absolutely amazing! Looks just like it did in the pictures. I was here with 7 other girls and it was spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. Lupita was super responsive and helpful with arranging transportation and she even recommended a private chef for us who turned out to be awesome! Beautiful home! Will definitely be coming back

Everything was fantastic but the power kept going out. Communication with hosts was great. I understand it’s not their fault but they need to be better prepared with a faster solution for when that happens. Especially when the house is very secluded and hard to find. I would recommend it! Very clean, very good tv’s and sound system and pool was amazing. Just make sure your phone service has signal without Wi-Fi !
