A nice fully equiped two bedroom nested in a beautifull tropical parc. Nearby beautifull and secluded beaches. You will share a common pool with only 5 other small units. There are plenty of trees, and a variety of animals such as squirrels, monkeys and tropical birds. Of course as it is a preserved tropical place we ask you to respect those animals and plants. We also ask you to please understand that sometimes, ants and insects find their way into the houses. This is not an issue and you will just have to observe certain basic rules such as not leaving food outside or on the table in order to not attract animals. Our property in a good mix between a well maintained parc and a preserved forest. We are dedicated to reforestation through our non profit organization : Savage Lands. We are located 1 mile (1.6km) from the beach and many others can be found in this area within minutes of driving. There is a grocery store close to our property entrance and several restaurants in the area. We recommend a rental car and a stop by at the supermarket in either Santa Cruz or Tamarindo. Guest access The whole unit is for you. Only the pool is a shared place. also you wil have a key for the main gate as we like to keep it private and close our public gate at night (around 7pm). But of course you can still go in and out, we just ask you to close it after you enter or leave for diner or else. We recommend having your own means of transport. Other things to note IMPORTANT: This accommodation is an Airbnb type... It does not include hotel services or 24/7 assistance. You will be independent, and responsible for organizing your stay. We recommend that visitors have their own means of motorized transport. Please, don’t forget to wash your dishes and throw your bin. we rent boards and SUP « Los Nancites » is a quiet place, for the well-being of everybody, noise is not allowed.
