The Space
Welcome to Casa La Vista, your home away from home. This 2,400 square foot villa is located within the secure, gated community of El Tezal La Noria. The residence offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the famous arch, and surrounding mountains from four patio decks.
The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two master bedrooms on the first floor, each equipped with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool area. Please note that the pool is not heated.
On the second floor, you will find the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, third bedroom, and third full bathroom. From this level, enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and watch cruise ships pass by at sunset.
Casa La Vista comfortably accommodates up to nine guests and is fully furnished for a relaxing stay.

Location
Casa La Vista is situated in El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas, just 5 to 7 minutes from downtown. Nearby amenities include some of the best tacos in town, a café, and a Costco market located across the main road for added convenience.
Additional Services
Our house manager, Carlos, is available to assist with arranging excursions, fishing trips, extra cleaning services, and other amenities to enhance your stay. Carlos will greet you upon arrival to help you settle in.
Please inform us if you have allergies to air fresheners so we can accommodate your needs accordingly. We use air fresheners to maintain a pleasant and clean environment.
