Su hogar lejos de casa. Nuestra residencia forma parte de una comunidad cerrada, amigable y segura llamada El Tezal La Noria. Deleite sus sentidos con vistas espectaculares del Océano Pacífico, el Arco y las montañas desde cualquiera de las 4 terrazas en el patio.
La casa tiene 2,400 pies cuadrados y cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, piscina privada y comunitaria. Ya sea junto a la piscina, en los patios exteriores, dentro de la casa o en el jardín privado, Casa La Vista es perfecta para su viaje de relajación.
Descripción del Espacio
Esta villa está ubicada en una reserva natural dentro de una comunidad cerrada y tiene todo lo que necesita. Esta hermosa propiedad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños cuenta con 2 dormitorios principales en la planta baja, cada uno con baño completo y vestidor. Además, cada dormitorio tiene acceso a la piscina a través de puertas corredizas traseras.
Nota: La piscina no está climatizada.
En el segundo piso se encuentran la sala, el comedor, la cocina completa, el cuarto de lavado, el tercer dormitorio y el tercer baño completo. Desde allí puede disfrutar de la vista del famoso Arco y las hermosas vistas del Océano Pacífico o ver pasar los cruceros al atardecer.
Esta casa espera huéspedes animados que disfruten y aprecien sus impresionantes vistas al Pacífico. Cabo San Lucas ofrece los atardeceres más impresionantes que haya visto.
Piscinas y Terrazas
La villa cuenta con piscina privada y comunitaria accesibles en cualquier momento. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que no hay salvavidas en servicio.
Esta villa ofrece 4 terrazas en la azotea que permiten una vista de 360 grados de Los Cabos. Una de las terrazas tiene una parrilla bien equipada para su comodidad.

Casa La Vista está completamente amueblada y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 9 personas. Está situada en El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas.
La casa cuenta con:

El patio ofrece vistas perfectas del océano, las montañas y los atardeceres. Es un lugar ideal para reflexionar, tomar un cóctel, hacer una parrillada, relajarse o ver el atardecer.
El centro de Cabo San Lucas está a 5-7 minutos, con tiendas, clubes y restaurantes.
Distribución de Dormitorios
- Dos dormitorios principales en la planta baja:
- Uno con cama king size y vestidor (para 2 personas)
- Otro con dos camas nido tamaño matrimonial (para 6 personas) y un gran vestidor
- El tercer dormitorio está en el segundo piso y cuenta con una litera tamaño adulto (para 4 personas)
Ubicación y Conveniencia
Al otro lado de la calle principal encontrará los mejores tacos de la ciudad, un café y el mercado Costco, lo que facilita la vida.
Atención al Huésped
Nos complace presentarles a nuestro administrador de la casa, Carlos, quien estará encantado de ayudarle a organizar excursiones, pesca, servicios de limpieza adicionales y otros servicios.
Carlos le recibirá en la casa a su llegada para que usted esté libre de preocupaciones.
También necesitamos saber si es alérgico a los ambientadores para no colocarlos o retirarlos antes de su llegada. La comunicación es nuestra prioridad. Mantenemos un ambiente agradable y limpio, por eso usamos ambientadores.

It was great they are just doing construction in the surrounding areas and there are ants but it’s Mexico you can’t expect too much, you can’t be noisy and the neighbors are a little unfriendly so if you want to have a party or walk around the little neighborhood just be aware but overall it was amazing the place was cool and we thought we would have a hot tub but no hot tub but they cleaned the pool and there was so much space available it felt roomy and comfortable the water was warm and cold so it was great ! I loved this area because it was quick to get to all the events we wanted to do I would recommend renting a car tho !

Large house with everything you could need; the location is prime, but there are no stores nearby—you can only get to Costco and Soriana by car. Very comfortable and spacious; the house is very nice. They just didn't show empathy regarding our check-in time, which other hosts do support when there is only the option to drop off luggage so we don't waste the day and can explore the city. We were a large group. We didn't play music because there was no speaker, and we didn't bring one either. Generally speaking, we didn't make any noise, except on one occasion for about 10/15 minutes, and they immediately sent us a message about the noise restriction, which is inconvenient because we were very understanding. Another important detail is that two people who slept in the shared room downstairs had insect-like bumps on their bodies, but we didn't know what it was until they found out they had an infestation of small ants. It's important to have the place fumigated so that it doesn't happen to future guests.

The house is nice, we had a very comfortable stay, but I think the area for improvement is maintenance. The bathroom in the In the master bedroom, the toilet wouldn't flush, the windows and mosquito nets are very difficult to open, the fountain doesn't turn on, the grill is dirty, and the dishwashing sponge could be replaced with a new or clean one. José was super friendly, provided excellent service, and was very helpful.

Jose was super nice, friendly, and professional, the house it's BEAUTIFUL, ( the only thing is there's dust, specially in the balcony facing the street, and that's where the barbeque grill is at, BUT it's not something they can control, since the roads are terrible, and that's where the dust comes from.) my girls had a blast swimming in the pool. Jose helped us with the booking of a rental car, and some activities ( good prices). Overall our family vacation was wonderful, this house made us feel at home, we loved the home, there was room of everyone, the house is HUGE and nicely decorated, we were able to rest and felt safe in the neighborhood, since it is in a gated community property. We will for sure rent this home if available next time we visit Cabos.
