Hello ! One of the rooms, room 4, was in very poor condition. The shower didn't work. The air conditioner wasn't dripping either, and the whole bed got wet. The house in general needs a lot of maintenance, and the most difficult thing was that we were told on the day we arrived that there were rats on the property next door. And we saw some go by and they were huge. We couldn't be in the living room for the same reason.

The stay was perfect. The house is big, the rooms are large and comfortable, and everything is quiet. It had everything needed to make a carnita asada, with all the utensils to make it and even a speaker to play music. My family and friends had a good time at the house. Everyone was comfortable. We also liked the pool. Communication with Jesús was very good. He was always attentive, and we even had a mishap with a motorcycle we had brought (it wouldn't start), and he helped us find mechanics and a tow truck. We would definitely come back again. I recommend it.

The place was exactly as shown in the photos; we found the house clean and well maintained. We only had one issue: there was no internet, but it really wasn't a problem, as we were looking to relax, and we had a great time. There is an Oxxo and an Aurrerá convenience store very close to the house; really, everything is very close.

I really enjoyed my stay in Jesus's place, the pool was the best part, surrounded by fruit trees, quite peaceful and perfect size for a big group. We had an option to pay to use the water heater, we asked to turn off because was too hot latter during the day. Great communication and fast response. Due to the hot weather at Jojutla area , an aircon is a must have for every room, which is missing in two of them, making the night quite unplacent in bedrooms 1 and 2. In overall really good place to stay specially for big groups. Thanks.

My family and I really enjoyed Jesús’s place; it’s just as shown in the pictures, and Cynthia’s welcome and service were very good. We will definitely come back.

Nice place to spend with family. The facilities are in good condition. The pool is suitable if you bring babies. The place is large and comfortable.

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is very nice, spacious and comfortable. Jesus gave me all the facilities from access, mariachi contacts among others, ease of leaving the house. We felt very comfortable.
