Allen was always in communication. The house is inside a residential complex with a lot of security and direct access to the beach. The amenities are excellent, and the check-out was flexible. Thank you, Allan.

Allan always responded quickly, was attentive, and always friendly. The place was nice and close to the beach. Allan helped us with the check-out time. Our pets were safe; it's a private and quiet place. Just like home!

Contrary to the description at the time of booking, no towels, toiletries, salt, pepper, or oil were provided. No hot water either. The photos are dated; the kitchen cabinets are wobbly and damaged. The oven door no longer has a handle. The TV in the bedroom was removed. The toaster wasn't working, and the microwave was damaged inside. There is no dryer; it’s a washer and a nearly manual spin dryer, so you have to manage each washing step: add the water, start the wash, then the rinses, and finally move on to the spin dryer. All at room temperature. The teaspoons were plastic. The property is located along the main road and therefore noisy. On the other hand, the place was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the pools at the residence were nice.

Allan is a very friendly and helpful host. He gave clear directions, and he is a person who shows that he cares about guests having a good stay. The house has everything you need. The condominium's location is extremely strategic, in front there is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants.
