The apartment is amazing, with a beautiful view. It has all the amenities for a perfect, worry-free stay. John is an excellent host and was always attentive to our trip. We appreciate all your attentiveness in helping us celebrate my birthday as a family. Clear written recommendations and instructions. The beach is right in front, there's a beautiful pool, and the property is secure. An unbeatable location.

Cartagena is colorful, humid, and gloriously chaotic. Then you ride the elevator to the 25th floor, open the door, and suddenly the city becomes a beautiful postcard. This isn't just another luxury Airbnb with a nice view. It's a rare find equipped with everything you need. A kitchen that actually works, comfortable beds, thoughtful details, spotless rooms, and a spacious balcony. The beach is across the street, the Old City is minutes away, and after a day of Cartagena's beautiful madness, there's no better place to land. Some places give you a place to sleep. This one gives you a reason to come back.

Gorgeous condo right across the street from the beach and near many food options. The views from inside the condo and the balcony are stunning. The building staff was extremely helpful and I always felt safe. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

We have stayed in places all over the Americas and Europe, and this was hands down the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. Most places either lack basics or do not feel like home, but John’s place nailed both. It is stunning, super clean, and the kitchen was better stocked than our own, even had spices. You can tell every detail was thought through, and we honestly wish we had booked a few more days. The location is perfect with views of the ocean and Ciudad Amurallada, and the beaches right across the street were clean and easy to enjoy. Cartagena beaches get a bad rap, but we loved it. The water is calm with a gradual slope, no rocks, not too crowded, and great for both my 67 year old mom and my 5 year old son. You can also rent an umbrella and chairs right across the street which made it even better. John’s place is a new favorite for us and we will definitely be back.

The building is nice and the unit is set up nicely. Beautiful decor, great wrap around view of the beach, old city and marina lovely decor to match the vibe. The rooms are comfortable lots of rules but understandable.

We had an absolutely incredible stay here. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—super convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. What really set this Airbnb apart was the personal touch. The host went above and beyond in a way we’ve never experienced before. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we mentioned it was my sister’s birthday, they surprised us with a cake and champagne. Such a simple gesture, but it made us feel so appreciated and welcomed. That level of care is rare, and it made the whole experience unforgettable. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend—we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
