Great AirBnB with beautiful view! Host is amazing and very kind!!

A very quiet and pleasant place to stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have a spectacular view. The kitchen is well-stocked. The host is a very nice person and her recommendations were very helpful. The VIP pass to Tree Casa is a great extra. I recommend taking advantage of it.

Jess and Amber were very great host’s, anything we needed help with they were there to help. Right away they helped with delivery drivers for groceries, food from restaurants and drivers to also take us into town and back home. They gave us the greatest suggestions to beaches and spots to go have a great time with our children. They were so kind even when I asked a lot of questions cause I was new to Nicaragua. I couldn’t say anything bad about our stay at all they were the greatest host’s I’ve had with Airbnb I highly recommend staying with them there property is very beautiful and peaceful

We were very lucky to be able to spend five days with Amber and Jess. Unfortunately, it was only five days because the rest of the period was already fully booked. Otherwise, we definitely would have stayed longer. It was one of those places you don't want to leave again. We have been traveling for over ten years and can honestly say that Amber and Jess are among the best hosts we have ever met. They think of so many little things that we ourselves would never have thought of. Their warmth, attention and willingness to help are exceptional. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The view is fantastic, and the garden is just beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion are put into this property. Thank you for everything! We felt incredibly comfortable It was definitely not our last stay with you. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay! We were welcomed well upon our arrival. When we needed them or had questions, they were always there! Very nice place, as pictured, and a very nice view.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything, with beautiful views. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late at night and Amber couldn’t have been more flexible and gracious. We enthusiastically recommend this listing.
