• For short-term rentals, 25 kWh per day are included. Any usage beyond this will be charged at USD 0.50 per kWh.
• For long-term rentals (over one month), electricity is not included and must be paid separately.

Typical electricity consumption ranges from 15 to 35 kWh per day. Being mindful of electricity use helps keep rental costs manageable, as electricity in Nicaragua is expensive. Please turn off air conditioning and other appliances when not in use.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign an agreement accepting responsibility for electricity charges if usage exceeds the included amount and for any damages to the apartment. A damage deposit will also be required.
