Communication with the host was flawless. The space was as pictured, well thought out and welcoming but somewhat rustic. On the other hand, it's a great location for getting to town easily and seeing beautiful sunsets near the house.

This was a comfortable, charming home with a beautiful forest backyard patio. There is a gated entrance. We had all we needed to make coffee and breakfast in morning. The master bed was very noisy but other beds seemed fine. We were a family of 6 and enjoyed the card games and TV apps available. Location was extremely close (5 min) to the Cloud forest and Natuwa sanctuary. It was about 10 minutes from town.

The home is close to the major reserves. It is near to Monteverde and wonderful restaurants. The road it is located on is very well maintained. It is a few doors down from Arte Jaguar. It is clean and comfortable.

This home was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay while visiting Monteverde. Not only is the house close to the cloud forest and Curi Cancha reserve, but it also has a beautiful gated yard with big picture windows for watching birds and other wildlife. The host was amazingly responsive and dropped by with some bandaids when we were asking if the house had any. He was concerned and wanted to make sure everyone was okay. We loved the location, being relatively close to many activities but feeling secluded in our own private garden. We would recommend the house to others visiting the area.

This is our third time staying at Casa Morchella and it’s always amazing. There have been a few great upgrades like much better wifi, so I was able to work from there no problem, and a TV which was great so we could watch the World Cup lol. We love the washer and dryer as well. Angel is always extremely responsive and friendly, we will continue staying here on our group trips to Monteverde!
