The apartment is very nice, spacious and quiet. Very conveniently located, and the hosts are always attentive and willing to help. Without a doubt, a great place to stay.

Excellent stay at MaiaHome in Polanco. We had a plumbing issue during our visit, and the response was extremely rapid and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

The place was fantastic in so many ways. It was spacious, comfortable, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent—a short walk to great restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping, which made everything incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The host was responsive, and communication was excellent throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay in Polanco. Very well located, safe, spacious and clean. The stay was very comfortable. We loved it, totally recommended.

Great communication before & during stay. I have a multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) and the staff was very open to accommodate my fragrance free needs. One of the queen size bedrooms is smaller in size of room, bathroom, shower but still doable. The Office/bedroom has glass door with privacy film and blinds. It doesn’t have its own bathroom. So you have to walk into a totally different bedroom to share the shower. Very narrow balcony but ok for 2 people faces the street viewing a middle school all Very residential. Bedrooms are in back of property where it is even quieter and faces other buildings not pretty view but great for sleeping. Beds and linens very comfortable. We had a few issues on day 1 but Santiago & Natalia immediately responded and satisfactorily resolved it. Tiny convenience store with best prices for water (Campos Eliseo #50). Felt safe to walk to many eateries including Guzina Oaxaca, Turix Tacos and Conejo Blanco Coffee. Will be happy to return again!
