Villa Ensueno es una casa de seis habitaciones con piscina infinita, cascada y acceso privado a la playa en Playacar, una comunidad cerrada. Tiene capacidad para 10 personas y está cerca de la playa, el campo de golf, las ruinas mayas y la Quinta Avenida de Playa del Carmen.
El espacio
Villa Ensueno es una casa de cinco habitaciones completamente equipada, con una casita independiente, ubicada a solo unas cuantas casas de la playa en la comunidad cerrada de Playacar, Playa del Carmen.
La casa se encuentra al final de una calle tranquila sin salida y colinda con un área selvática compartida, lo que brinda mucha privacidad. Está a solo una cuadra del campo de golf de Playacar y a poca distancia a pie de unas pequeñas ruinas mayas en el vecindario.

Ubicación
La casa está ubicada cerca de uno de los mejores tramos de playa de Playa del Carmen. La playa está rodeada de casas con un valor de varios millones de dólares y ofrece un entorno maravilloso para que los niños jueguen en la arena. También es adecuada para elevar una cometa de kitesurf.
La famosa Quinta Avenida está aproximadamente a 15 minutos a pie, con una amplia variedad de tiendas y restaurantes en toda la Riviera Maya. Senior Frogs y el inicio de la Quinta Avenida están aproximadamente a 15 minutos a pie por la playa en dirección al centro.
Los taxis pasan frente a la entrada de la calle cada uno o dos minutos. También se puede recomendar el servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto previa solicitud.

We loved the house and pool. Although the ac went out on the 2nd night in the casita, it was fixed the next day. Gordon was respnsive and helpful and Alma went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. My only regret is we didn't get to see her more! We loved the location next to the beach, the neighborhood with its own aviary, and the agoutis and coatis walking around! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place. Loved the location, the privacy and the connection of modern with nature.was great to have Alma looking after the house and Noel looking after pool and yard. They were definitely the difference makers. Would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of a place. Quiet private. Felt at home. Family of 9 and home well equipped for all of us. Truly a few minutes to an amazing beach. The small pool kept us refreshed and there is also a community pool steps away. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Washer and dryer if needed. What can we say about Alma. She is so sweet. Kept the house so clean. Her communication is outstanding and there for all your needs. Do not hesitate to book Gordon’s home for your family vacation. You won’t be disappointed

Gordon’s home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The yard and pool area is large and very protected, making it a really tranquil place to relax and visit. The rooms are great. Alma is lovely, and having her around to help keep the house so clean makes a huge difference. The walk to the beach is short, and the beach is beautiful. The gated community of Playacar felt really safe, and it was easy to walk into town. Communication was great with the host and we really felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

Amazing 7 day stay!! House is exactly as it appears.Well appointed,clean and easily accommodates 10 guests.The pool and back yard are wonderful spaces. Alma makes everything easier and is a perfect compliment to the house.Great places to walk and explore local ruins.The beach is amazing and a 5 min walk from the house.Wifi was upgraded while I was there and its very fast!No complaints to be had!

My favorite part about the house was looking out from the living room glass doors (which fully open) into the lush, tropical yard where we’d be greeting by cute capybaras, beautiful birds, and other wildlife. Another reason I chose Gordon’s place was because of the housekeeping service he included and the breakfast that was offered by his trusty Alma! She’s was a huge help in the mornings and kept the bedrooms tidy and the kitchen spotless. We were 6 adults and 4 kids, the accommodations were great for the adults but one of the bedrooms was far off by the kitchen so good for older kids that could be left unattended. The 6th bedroom with the bunk beds is not in the main house and not suitable for younger kids that need to be looked after, also its bathroom is up a tight, spiral cement staircase with a small sink and shower. Again, not the most comfortable.

The house is large and each room with en suite bathroom. Well maintained property with everything working and in great condition. Very private pool/outdoor area that feels like you are in your own oasis. But then just 3 minutes walk on a private path and you are in a gorgeous beach with plenty of space to chill an enjoys the ocean. the house is great but Alma, the property manager, made the trip. She kept the house spotless, made us breakfast every day ( and real Mexican style breakfast and cut fruit for us). We just had to go to the grocery store to bring supplies and she prepared everything fresh every morning. Everything was setup for us to enjoy every day. She makes it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort having everything tended to. Playa Car it’s own own separate area with great security… everyone inside has to have a bracelet to get in it be a guest. Cuts on the number of people and crowds… but the house ilia just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. SAFE

Great stay in this house located in the gated community of Playacar. Access to the sea in 5 minutes' walk, and 20 minutes' walk from Paseo del Carmen (large shopping center with brands such as Zara, Bershka, etc.) and 5th Avenue (very lively street day and night). The house is very well-equipped and we did not lack anything. We fell in love with the pool which is really amazing! Note that the casita in the garden does not allow a bed of the same standard as the main house (open to the garden/jungle with possibly capybaras, monkeys and other animals living nearby). We didn't let the kids sleep there.
