The good news: The welcome was very friendly; Mr. Roque and Ms. Reyna answered all our questions. The house is very large and beautiful. The view is spectacular, especially in the master bedroom at sunset. It has plenty of bathrooms, which is appreciated since it is a place to stay for a lot of people. The patio is very well maintained and perfect for children. Bad: When we arrived, the pool was dirty. We paid to heat it; we asked Mr. Roque when it would be hot, and he couldn't tell us. It was warmer than the ice-cold hot tub, but I doubt it reached the promised 30°C (86°F). What helped was the nice weather. At no point were we informed about the “bungalows”; there are only 4 bedrooms in the house. The rest of the guests had to go to some small rooms where they struggled a lot with the hot water. The beds are hard and noisy. Other: This is not a senior-friendly property; there are too many stairs and slopes. Overall, we enjoyed the days of our stay.

Great and relaxing place. A place where you don’t want to gets out to any other location since the house has a lot of entertainment. We definitely come back again

I went with family and friends, we were all delighted with the house and the stay we had, the house and photos match, the view is amazing. I highly recommend it if you are looking to relax, get away from the noise and busy life of the city

The listing exceeded the expectations we had. We traveled a group of friends with the kids and everything was perfect and safe to enjoy a few days of disconnection. The subdivision is very quiet and we felt safe all the time. Both Martha and the people who attended the place were very helpful meeting our needs

Everything was wonderful! The house is beautiful and very nice, Mr. Roque and Reyna are always on the lookout for everything.

The house is very nice, the attention is from Mrs. Reyna and Mr. Roque. Only that it is a house with many stairs not suitable for older adults or with difficulty getting around, the beds make a lot of noise and some mattresses are very hard.
