The Space

This beautiful and modern three-bedroom townhome offers convenient access to everything you need. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds. The home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests with its four beds. For groups traveling on a budget, the sofa can serve as an additional sleeping option, allowing up to eight guests.

High-speed internet is dedicated exclusively to the house, making it ideal for teleworking. The beach is just a short two-minute walk away.

The property is part of a small, private community that includes a shared pool, jacuzzi, and a covered barbecue area for guests to enjoy.

Location

Situated at the quiet end of Main Street in Jaco, the townhome is just outside the busy center of town. Central Jaco, with its numerous restaurants and shops, is within walking distance or a quick Uber or taxi ride from the house.

Directly across the street, there is a soccer field with a cafeteria and a CrossFit gym. Guests often enjoy watching league games on certain evenings and using the gym facilities nearby. Please note that during league games, noise from the soccer field may be audible inside the community until around midnight on some nights.

• Shared pool and jacuzzi (jacuzzi operates on a timer, water is pool temperature, not a hot tub)

• Stove and microwave available in the kitchen (oven currently out of service pending repair)
• Crib (pack 'n play) available upon request before arrival

Guest Access and Policies

Guests have full access to the house and community amenities. The property is guest-friendly, allowing one additional visitor per registered guest, provided the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and no parties are permitted.

Check-in and check-out are contactless via a lockbox with a code for added safety. The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected between stays.

The community pool and barbecue area are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Additional Notes

• The jacuzzi bubbles at scheduled times and does not have an on/off switch.
• The oven is currently not operational and has been removed from the list of amenities until repaired.
• Please request the crib in advance so it can be set up prior to your arrival.
• Noise from soccer league games may be heard on some evenings due to proximity; this is important for early sleepers to consider.
