4BR Villa in Hacienda Pinilla

I cannot say enough good things about the people at S Luxury. The accommodated us within 2 HOURS of booking..(we were at a previous location that was a nightmare...no water, rude host, construction, etc.). They met us at the rental and helped us get settled. They saved us from literally being homeless for the night, as we only had a golf cart couldn't leave Hacienda Pinella area. We were able to make cab rentals through them, and they answered any questions almost immediately! They also helped us book excursions and helped us with communication issues as we only spoke English and even used their personal phone to help us when my Saily app/sim wasn't working! Housekeeping was amazing! I was sad to leave and really felt like we were part of their family! My only regret is not booking this property first!! Do not hesitate to book with this company. Best customer service ever!! Super Duper Host!!!

My family has been to Hacienda Pinilla several times now and this trip was far and away the best experience we have had. It starts w the team at S Luxury. They were on top of all the details so that every step of the way was smooth and easy for the guests (very resort like). They even stepped up to assist with needs that were not their responsibility. You can tell they take real pride in the job but also in ensuring guests that come to Costa Rica return home with a smile. Their professionalism is five star and they demonstrate why working w a professional property manager is key when using Airbnb. The house is so beautiful and lives up to the description and the pictures. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and well taken care of (a big win for us as we’ve seen others that need lots of TLC). We look forward to returning to Casa Ohana soon. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. We had an incredibly fun family get together. The pool was lovely. The highlight was seeing scarlet macaws fly over our yard on the last day. We had some issues- ie a highchair that was promised never materialized, and the water turned black on our second to last day and we weren’t given any help on resolving or navigating that. Still not sure what caused the water issue. After the trip the rental agency made things right with us.

Excellent service, the house is super nice and very comfortable. The family enjoyed it to the fullest, we'll definitely be back.

There were 8 of us, including 4 adults and children between 10-17 years old. Very nice place. Same as the photos. Everything was working great. We felt very safe in the area. Langosta beach is easily accessible by car on the site itself. Very nice and very quiet. The beach club is also very interesting with a pool and beach but the beach is very rocky and rough but you can walk for a long time on the sand anyway and swim further. About 20 minutes from Tamarindo to visit the city and eat at the restaurant. We recommend it without hesitating.

Perfect place

Lovely place! The kitchen had everything we needed, nice BBQ area with TV. Pool and patio area of good size, definitively relaxing. The bedrooms were very comfortable. This house has everything you need! Will stay here in the future for sure.

Our stay was amazing, the house is beautiful, the kitchen is very well equipped, there were 9 of us and we were very comfortable, we enjoyed the pool very much. You can go to Langosta beach through the Pinilla access, which was very convenient and the beach had few people. We definitely highly recommend it!
