The apartment is very well equipped. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place is amazing! The areas are very quiet, and the pier at the edge of the lagoon is spectacular! Upon arrival, we were greeted with white wine and the service was always timely. Thank you! We will definitely be back here!

We received excellent service from Javier!! We loved the place, its location, and the lagoon. It was spectacular!! The apartment is super comfortable and very nice!! We will definitely come back. This place is perfect for coming as a family or just with your partner. You can breathe in peace, and it is very cozy!!

The accommodation is amazing. It's worth it. I would definitely come back. Javier was always very attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay. The terrace and the pool on the top were the best. And the pier in the lagoon, with a spectacular view.

This place was amazing! We will definitely book it again if we come back. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were great. The host was super friendly and welcoming. It’s very secluded so there’s peace and quiet all around. The lagoon access and pool area are a short walk away. Everything exceeded mu expectations.

Excellent place. The area where the apartment is located is super quiet, perfect if you want to get away from the city and find peace and quiet. The apartment is very clean and beautiful, the decor is pleasant, and the host is very friendly and always attentive to us. The complex where it is located is very well maintained, in addition to having beautiful vegetation and many activities to do, without the need to go outside. We decided to take advantage of the days in this spacious and beautiful place. The ease of being able to leave the apartment and go to the lagoon, which was a few meters away, we wouldn't trade that for anything. It would definitely be a place we would return to again and again. It became our favorite place.

This is the third time I've gone with my family to Bacalar… this time was SPECTACULAR! The property was all super clean, tidy, with all the beautiful details that make you feel at home! The Club House facilities are unbeatable, and the pier is beautiful! The depth of the water and the dreamlike colors! And even more so, Javier's hospitality! Don't hesitate… it's a beautiful place to stay and spend a few wonderful days!

The place is really beautiful, even more so than what the pictures show, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Each space was carefully detailed, creating a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Also, everything was spotless and the experience was very comfortable from start to finish. It's definitely a place we'd love to go back to, and we highly recommend it.
