These occurrences are part of the authentic experience of visiting a different country and culture. Construction and Noise
Nosara is a rapidly developing community, and some areas may experience construction noise, generally between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. We strive to keep guests informed about any construction affecting properties, but we are not always notified ahead of time.
Septic System Guidelines
The local septic system in Nosara does not allow flushing toilet paper. Please adhere to this rule to avoid plumbing issues.

We stayed for one month. The location is great, especially if you haven’t been to Nosara before as you are right in the action. There are definitely a few things that could be improved to make this place really amazing, but we still found it really nice and great for longer term stay. Which is where we really see the value for this property. Mango is very professional and responsive. We really appreciated the surfboard that was there during our stay, too.
