Large Private Residence in an Excellent Area

La casa está en una zona privilegiada y segura, cerca a todo, además la comunicación y la predisposición de Moises fue excelente, quisimos hacer un early check in y nos dio las facilidades, la casa es muy amplia y cuenta con todos los servicios para una estadía placentera, esperamos regresar!

Clean and beautiful house as described with plenty of spaces for large group. Everything worked as is, just don't do the laundry and have multiple showers going on at the same time (not enough water pressure). The house is centrally located in the downtown area, safe, and easy access to lots of locations. Easy check-in, check-out process. Good communication with the host. Worth the price paid. Will stay here again. Thank you

I stayed here on a group trip with all women. The house is in a good safe area. It is walkable to a few restaurants and a corner store with basic essentials. It is a 15 minute ride from the marina (the Panama sign) and a short drive to Casco Viejo. It is about 20 minutes from the airport. I didn’t pay more than $15 for an uber (most were $2- $7). The house itself is a bit dilapidated and damp. But it was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioners in each of the rooms worked great. The house is dated but reasonably priced! The host was responsive and kind. He came to greet us to make sure everything was okay. He also allowed us to check in a tad early because we arrived early.

Our stay at Moises' place was amazing. The house was exactly as described and was beautiful. Moises was extremely responsive and was great to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the place is close to many things as well including grocery stores, salons, restaurants, etc. It was in a safe location and was on a fairly quiet street. We had plenty of room for our large group. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Panama.

Moises was the ultimate host…responsive to every inquiry before and during our ten-day stay. He accommodated every request in order to accommodate our family. The location of this home is perfect…walking distance to cafes, restaurants grocery stores, shopping centers and other places. The host, location and home are great, just the house itself needs a little TLC.

El lugar estuvo perfecto y algo que es importante es que tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado y Moisés pudo solucionarlo rápidamente. Además nos permitió quedarnos un momento más antes de salir porque estaba lloviendo muy fuerte. Que algo no funcione correctamente puede suceder, y lo importante es que el anfitrión esté disponible para solucionarlo. Volvería a alojarme en la casa sin dudas.
