Welcome to Casa Zen 2, a peaceful retreat located away from the town's noise yet only an 8-minute drive from Jaco Beach. This newly constructed home offers exclusive use of all amenities, including a private pool, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, gated security, and garage parking. One of the highlights is the rooftop patio, ideal for spotting macaws and occasionally monkeys. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the scenic views reserved just for you.

The Space

The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area alongside two spacious bedrooms. Unique touches like sea shells embedded in the stairs leading to the rooftop patio and in the showers create an authentic pura vida atmosphere.

The kitchen includes a large island that doubles as a dining table for seven and a functional workspace equipped with three electrical outlets. This area is kept comfortable with air conditioning and an oversized ceiling fan.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand new air conditioning units, strong Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a room safe. Fresh linens are provided on all beds, and health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
