We stayed with my family (10 people) at Casa Rosario. We highlight its strategic location. It's a very comfortable house with many spaces to rest and well equipped with furniture and facilities. Carlos Andrés was attentive and responded to our requests. Despite the earthquake in the city of Cali, the house was not affected. Access is easy and safe, there is excellent Wi-Fi for working, and there are many amenities typical of a house where we stayed comfortably. We recommend it for long stays.

Overall, the house met expectations, and we were able to enjoy our stay without any major issues. However, during our stay, there were some issues that affected our experience, such as the smell in certain areas, the condition of some sheets and pillows, and the noise from the beds, which affected our rest. Additionally, the handling of these concerns could have been managed in a more courteous and customer-focused manner. It's a place with potential, but there are important details to improve, both in terms of maintenance and service.

I don’t like the way Airbnb does these reviews. If there are any issues at all they never give you a chance to respond once the review is posted so things I would normally not mention you have to mention first or your side of the story will never be heard. The house was great in a great location. Only challenge was communicating with the host(2). This team sometimes doesn’t communicate with each other and it can be a little confusing. We had an issue when I wanted to extend. Again I wanted to extend because the house was great. They thought we had checked out came to the house and my wife was a little nervous about that being alone. We cleared things up. Would be best to communicate to one person or have better communication between the owner and the manager

Nice place. Nice pool. Very friendly host. Great location close to shopping malls and grocery stores. Fairly quiet and very good parking for 4 cars. There was a lot of space and great location for a family gathering. Great and spacious kitchen too. Not a perfect place but all issues were quickly addressed by host. All in all, I would recommend this place.
