The Space
Our Jungle Nest offers an ideal place to stay, just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and shops. It features an incredible ocean view.
The house is located in Mar-A-Mar, the only private, luxury, gated eco-community in Santa Teresa. The community provides 24/7 security, free parking, and a swimming pool.
Inside, the home includes an open-concept living room with a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. Each bedroom opens onto a spacious terrace with stunning ocean views, perfect for enjoying lunch, reading, or watching the sunset over the waves.
- The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower.
- The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed.
- The third bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed. These two bedrooms share a comfortable bathroom.
The large terrace is furnished with a beautiful dining table, living room furniture, and a king-size daybed.
Guest Access
The Nido is situated on the third floor of a four-story building. To reach the unit from the parking area, guests will need to climb some stairs, but they are manageable.
The stairs also provide quick access down to the pool area or the main road, which takes no more than two minutes on foot.

We had an amazing 6-night stay in Franziska’s place in early April. We booked last minute and from the start communication was super easy and transparent which meant checking in was a breeze. The apartment is beautiful and was the perfect size for 4 of us. There are three very spacious rooms and two bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linens were as good as a hotel! Good to note that Aircon is only in the bedrooms as the rest of the place is open plan, but we loved this and it suited the vibe perfectly. The location is also great within Santa Teresa, near to Somos and other restaurants, and with space for parking we could also easily explore the other end of the beach near Banana beach. Also worth noting that the apartment is up a steep hill after the entrance to the complex, so not as close to the pool as we had thought, but it was worth it for the beautiful views!

Die Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Küche und Sitzbereiche sind offen und so ist man, ausser beim Schlafen, immer draussen. Die vielen schönen Details sorgen dafür, dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt und es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es hat sogar viele Gewürze und trockene Nahrungsmittel, die man mitverwenden darf. Das belebte Santa Teresa und dessen Läden sowie Restaurants ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Den grossen Pool des sich daneben befindenden Hotels darf man mitbenutzen und war oft leer. So hatten unsere drei Jungs diesen oftmals für sich alleine. Diese Wohnung war der perfekte Abschluss unserer 4-wöchigen Reise in Costa Rica. Sehr zu empfehlen!
