El área de estar es completamente al aire libre, lo que permite que las brisas del océano y los sonidos de la selva circulen naturalmente por la casa. Los paneles de madera pueden cerrarse por la noche para mayor comodidad o dejarse abiertos si prefieres dormir rodeado de naturaleza, creando una experiencia tropical única.
Este no es un resort cerrado, sino un hogar cuidadosamente integrado en su entorno natural. La piscina recibe mantenimiento con regularidad, aunque ocasionalmente pueden caer hojas al agua como parte de la vida en la exuberante selva. Un amistoso gato del vecindario también puede pasar a visitar y relajarse en los muebles exteriores.

Debido a esta estrecha conexión con la naturaleza, ocasionalmente podrás ver fauna local, incluidos monos aulladores o monos carablanca que pasen cerca, así como iguanas, geckos y pequeños insectos inofensivos. Todo esto forma parte de la auténtica vida costarricense.
Ritmo de la isla
Santa Teresa sigue un ritmo de vida natural y pueden ocurrir cortes de electricidad ocasionales. Por lo general, son temporales y forman parte de la experiencia local de vivir cerca de la naturaleza.
Clima tropical
El aire cálido del océano y los alrededores exuberantes generan una humedad natural que contribuye al verdor vibrante de la región. La ropa puede tardar un poco más en secarse, especialmente durante la temporada lluviosa, lo cual es normal en un entorno tropical.

This house is a true hidden gem: elegant, refined, and wonderfully located. Its greatest asset is undoubtedly the exceptional view overlooking both the ocean and the jungle. The sunsets are simply unforgettable. We received the warmest welcome from Sébastien, who was always available and incredibly kind throughout our stay. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the jungle and its wildlife—exactly what we came to Costa Rica to experience. We will definitely return and stay longer next time, as this house is pure bliss. We followed the recommendation to rent a 4x4, although part of the road has now been paved. Sébastien has carried out some beautiful improvements to this superb home, and the new entrance is particularly charming. Congratulations on creating such a magical place—it truly stole our hearts!

Amazing location, beautiful place and Laura was always very responsive and kind, she solved all our questions and brought salt and pepper in a matter of minutes. We really enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing place! The views are simply magnificent, with stunning sunsets that you don't get tired of. A big thank you to Laura for her excellent communication: she was attentive, kind, welcoming, and always available to answer our questions and give us advice, especially on restaurants. The place is beautiful, tastefully decorated in a truly gorgeous boho-chic style. Everything is comfortable: the bed is very nice, and the bathroom is convenient and well-designed. Access to the house is via an elevated area, but with a 4x4 it’s very easy. A 100% successful experience! Our only regret: not staying longer ✨🌺🌴

Thanks to Laura, who recently took over the management of the Villa and implemented what her predecessors had promised (a small safe for storing a computer and other valuables). Very nice hospitality.

Fiona was amazing! Very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the place is a bit dated compared to its amazing pictures. Generally I don't leave reviews, but feel compelled to since I feel a bit duped. Pros: Beautiful View Private Spot close to town/beach Nice Pool Comfortable beds Cons: One bedroom A/C significantly worse than the second bedroom Tons of geckos in the evenings Toilets are pretty badly stained No lights near pool for evening swims Faucet water smells, I assume on a well Some towels had stains None of those things was a killer for the trip, we still had an amazing time, but for the price, I feel like there's better options available if you want to be in something cleaner and more comfortable.

Stay was very comfortable yet always worried about the safety of us. I didn’t like the fact that you cannot lock the doors, even though gate was there, you can easily walk in from the side. Also, asked for key to the safe which was never provided. So we had to carry our valuables everywhere. House needs maintenance, our bathroom had leak , which was fixed two days later, air conditioner in the room didn’t work. They fixed it eventually. Staff were polite and helpful. Besides all this, View was very beautiful, best sunset, beds were comfortable. Make sure you rent 4x4 for this location, slippery after u cross the creek numerous times of the day.

The house is amazing. The connection with nature is total. We could see monkeys outside and unique sunsets, with the peace of being far from any neighbors. The house is very nice, it has some details to correct, such as the possibility that the main room is really isolated from insects (it has a window without glass to the bathroom, which is outdoors) Fiona is an excellent co-host, she immediately resolved any questions we had and suggested excellent tours. I would definitely come back

Villa of my dreams! Truly enjoyed my stay here. The view was unreal, the pictures don’t do it justice. The hospitality was above and beyond! Any questions we had were answered within minutes. There was so much cool wildlife surrounding us, we even got to see monkeys in the trees right next to the villa. Would definitely come back and stay here again:)
