We had such a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The accommodations were amazing, the property was beautiful, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Everything listed in the Airbnb was actually there, and honestly, they had even more of the little things you might not think about needing. The home was extremely well-stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. There was truly nothing we felt was missing. The pool was also a huge plus and we really enjoyed having it! Just a small note that there isn’t a light inside the pool itself, so nighttime swimming is a little darker, but that didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, this stay was absolutely worth it. The service, accommodations, amenities, and overall experience were great from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Belize, this is definitely a place I would recommend. We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again!

From the amenities, the beautiful luxury home to the concierge services, my stay was more than I could have asked for! The home was beautiful and had all the things I needed for my stay. It was spacious and clean. The concierge services made the entire trip effortless and memorable! I will be booking again.

Lovejoy Villa was AMAZING!!! ✨ There was more than enough space for my group of 6, and pretty much everything we could’ve needed (plus more!) was available for us to use. The front desk staff was also very friendly and always available to assist with any questions. The pool was super nice and spacious, and we definitely enjoyed hanging out on the patio area! The villa itself was spotless and had everything feeling clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is still being developed, so there was some construction during the day, and the roads are currently pretty gravel-heavy while the other villas/houses are being built. But honestly, it didn’t take away too much from our experience at all! We came to Belize for my birthday and had such a great time! Belize is officially one of my FAVORITES, and Lovejoy Villa definitely made the trip even better. Would absolutely stay again!

This was an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again. The home was beautiful and had everything you needed. The only downside was this area is still developing so the road had a lot of potholes, as well the mosquitoes were annoying( BRING YOUR BUG SPRAY). But overall amazing find and not too far from amazing restaurants and activities.

The house was beautiful and just as described. It was my sister’s 40th birthday and the host helped to secure a decorator for us who did an amazing job. The only issue, which is of no fault of the host, are the mosquitos. I am sure it has to do with the canal behind the house. We had to buy mosquito repellent and leave it by the front door because they would attack you as soon as you went outside. We all left with multiple bites. Besides that, it was a perfect stay.

This was the location of our annual girls trip. From the time that we booked the M&B provided excellent communication. If we had a question we always received a prompt response. The property was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. We have absolutely nothing but accolades for the Lovejoy and M&B. We loved everything about the house, the location and staff that we interacted with. We got what we paid for and more!!!

Great overall. Very pretty home. And was very clean. The only opportunity is that they don’t have cable and you have to log into your own apps. But otherwise they were very responsive, the property was nice, and I would start again.

I can’t begin to express how beautiful these properties were! And communication between their team was top notch! From beginning to end. It was a group of 12 and we rented 3 of their properties, and all of them nothing short of amazing. We also used their catering services, decor and catamaran. Everyone I spoke to and made arrangements were respectful, flexible and worked with me and my group every step of the way. Til the very end where I arranged taxi services to the ferry and to the airport. Needless to say we will definitely be back- next time for lobster season ☺️

M&B Luxury Rentals was an amazing place to stay during our 4 days in San Pedro, Belize. We had a group of 5, and the villa was spacious, beautiful, and exactly like the photos. Each room had its own bathroom, plus the private pool made the stay even better. The host was very responsive and helpful, especially with coordinating our golf cart rentals. I definitely recommend pre-booking ahead of time, as golf carts are the main form of transportation in Belize. The rental company was waiting for us right at the dock, which made arrival super easy. We felt very safe throughout our stay, even driving golf carts late at night. The locals were friendly and welcoming. We also loved the complimentary round-trip beach transfer to Mistico Beach, with Secret Beach and nearby restaurants like Blue Bayou just a short walk away.
