We had an amazing time at Casa Iguana. Perfect for families and if anyone is surfing, the rentals are right next door. The property manager was always very responsive and even immediately sent someone over if we needed help or to answer a question.

The place was exactly as described and more. The pictures don't do it justice. Sunsets were beautiful, and the water was perfect and calm. Nadine was super helpful and always available. I'd def recommend staying here.

13 of us had a great time at this airbnb. One of the prettiest airbnbs I stayed at. I felt so safe and welcomed by Nadine and the security guard. Nadine is the best host ever and she responds very quick which is very helpful. 10/10!

Casa iguana was a wonderful place for my family to stay in Jaco, we rented the entire home. The home was just as described and matched the pictures. Nadine the host was very responsive and always answered questions very quickly. The home is located right on the beach, has security gates and is walking distance to many restaurants. The internet was good. I would highly recommend Casa iguana.

Casa Iguana was as beautiful as the pictures. The 4th floor deck was a great place to hang out at night and watch the sunsets. Nadine was always very responsive to questions and gave us several suggestions on places to eat. The home is nicely situated across from the beach and a short walk to the center of Jaco. We will be returning again.

Nadine was extremely helpful, responsive, proactive and polite. Location is incredible! House is on the beach you can’t get closer! If you’re looking for a beautiful house on the beach this one is the best value !!!
