It was a pleasant stay, thanks to Itza's kindness. It is important to know that it is a room (with everything you need, bathroom, and small kitchen on the terrace) inside a house. Access is through the house. The room is spacious with a nice balcony with pure vegetation.

The place was great. Beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. It was cool staying in a local neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly, including the squirrel monkeys that we saw daily.

I hope the pictures eventually match the neighborhood; one picture features beach access.. that’s just not the case. I think the listing could use some fine tuning. It’s an amazing house, (3 units total that can be split or shared) well suited for groups of 8 or more, for solo travellers and couples I would keep looking. The staff there was very helpful and amazing and made the place worth staying at.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. All who love to be in nature will also love this relaxed place. From the terrace, you can see the monkeys in the trees. Possibility to book a massage at Itza. We had a massage and were very excited. The massage in this area with the sounds of the jungle in the background was just fantastic. Thank you 😊
