Terrible service. There was no electricity or water (which is essential for renting an accommodation), especially when it was 40 degrees. We had to bathe with jugs that we bought at Oxxo every day that we rented. The pool was very dirty. There was a screw in the pool that someone got stuck in and cut their leg. The door locks were falling off. They opened by themselves because we couldn't put the security on. The blinds were falling off when we tried to close them. I tried to complain to the host, but he stopped responding from day two and never answered again.

It was a great secluded area with a pool. When the area had a blackout, Ismael was very responsive and tried to help out

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was everything we wanted on our trip ! Pure relaxation. The host was very friendly and was fast at responding. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. :)

What a beautiful, pristine location! House was immaculate, the pool and outside area were a pleasure, the amenities at the club house area are out of this world, and our host was responsive, kind and very helpful. We would absolutely return to this exact home again.

We had a great stay Israel was very responsive that’s. Only suggestion kitchen daily necessities and Maybe some patio furniture. Great stay overall!

The house is very nice but it has serious problems with the toilet, it does not have hot water, the patio furniture is destroyed, the mattresses are hard and super uncomfortable. Two of the rooms have super uncomfortable bunk beds. The house needs maintenance in general, it is nice but requires attention
