We provide high-quality linens, large plush towels, and premium soaps for your convenience.

Above the unit, a shared rooftop deck is available, currently used by only three other units. It features:

Parking and Accessibility

• Free parking is available in front of the building
• Uber and taxis are easily accessible for transportation to and from the condo
• Please note there are no elevators; guests must be able to climb stairs to reach the third floor

• Close proximity to downtown San Lucas, with Costco and Walmart approximately 10 minutes away by car

Guests have full access to the entire condo, including:

• Shared rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen and pool

For larger groups, we also own the neighboring unit. Each unit accommodates up to four guests, so renting both together can host up to eight people. Please contact us if interested in booking both units or find the combined listing on our profile.

To make your stay more comfortable, we offer additional services at an extra cost, such as:

• Airport pick-up and drop-off

Cabo San Lucas is renowned for deep-sea fishing, and we can arrange a boat with an experienced captain (see photos in the listing).

Please be aware that the roads leading to the property are currently unpaved and may be dusty.

We welcome pets; however, cats are not allowed. Small dogs are permitted.

The maximum occupancy is four guests.
