The Space
This beautifully renovated and family-friendly vacation rental offers three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Located in the heart of Tamarindo, it provides a comfortable, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere. The townhome is just a short walk from the beach, grocery stores, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants.
The fully updated kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and a large pantry for ample storage. It also features built-in dining and comes stocked with all the utensils needed for cooking at home.
There are three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. On the second floor, one bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds that can be combined into a king if desired. The spacious master bedroom on the third floor includes a king bed. All linens and towels are brand new and of the highest quality.
This condo is perfect for three couples or a family.

The property is conveniently close to the beach, eliminating the need for a vehicle. Guests can rent bicycles, golf carts, or dune buggies to explore the town and surrounding areas.
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate nearby trails where it’s possible to spot monkeys, birds, iguanas, and other wildlife.
Additional Information
The property manager lives nearby and is available full-time to assist with transportation, tours, car rentals, and other arrangements. They speak fluent English and Spanish to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The layout was perfect for our family of six—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made our stay convenient. Our host was excellent with communication and responded quickly to the few minor issues we encountered. We also appreciated the security of the gated property, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this Airbnb again! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, downtown Tamarindo, great restaurants, shops, and even Starbucks, which became part of our kids’ morning routine before heading to the beach. The pool was a huge hit with our family and was the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. We also loved seeing iguanas right outside the front door, which made the experience feel even more like Costa Rica. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in an unbeatable location, we highly recommend staying here!

The complex was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, bookstore, and small groceries. The housekeepers and groundskeepers kept everything tidy and helped me with my Spanish.

Gorgeous condo in an ideal location! Five minute walk to the beach and into the main section of town, but still quiet in the evenings! The kitchen was fantastic with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book there again in the future.
