The property itself was beautiful, very clean, and felt safe. The host did a great job maintaining the home, and we were comfortable during our stay. Unfortunately, the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t what we expected. We didn’t feel it was very family-friendly, and we wouldn’t recommend this location for travelers with young children. While we had no issues on the property itself, the surrounding area made us uncomfortable enough that we wouldn’t choose to stay here again with our family.

Great location, right on the beach- a block away to local shops/restaurants and walkable distance to night life. Host was very responsive and offered a lot of local recommendations. Would stay here again!

Most beautiful building in jaco. Super safe security 24/7. Parking pool beachfront everything we could ask for. Very clean and spacious. 100% stay here

This is a wonderful location. We stayed here with two young kids and we had a great time. It is an easy location to walk to shops or restaurants and is safe. The kids loved the pool and we spent a lot of time there. Quick walk to the beach and they have chair rentals right on the beach which were inexpensive. The beds were very comfortable. Two things that would have made our stay easier would be a few more cooking utensils and washcloths. I haven't stayed anywhere which did not provide washcloths so we did not pack any. Overall stunning views and a beautiful condo.

Great Place to stay- the condo was clean and comfortable. It is walkable to all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and things to see. In the center of all the activity. Awesome beach view to wake up to. The pool area is very nice and the other local residents, security guards at the condo are very friendly. The AC works great and nice for us MN residents to get a little break from the sun and heat. David and his co- hosts are easy to get ahold of. Thank you!

This unit was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described. Great location! Nice pool, right on the beach 1 block to main street. Close to fantastic food and shopping. The team helped us reserve transportation to/from the airport and reserved our group of 6 an amazing ATV tour. Highly recommend renting this unit!
