The stay was fine. Gabriela and Moisés responded to us immediately and were attentive and friendly. As for the negative points, we were unlucky that there was no water in the building, and for a family of 8 people for 5 days with little and often no water, it was not only complicated but also very uncomfortable. Although we understand that it was bad luck, we would have liked to have been offered an alternative or for them to have been more attentive, considering that it is a very uncomfortable situation for guests. I had to be the one to constantly ask if they had any updates on the matter. Although the photos matched the listing, we have stayed in other Amada apartments in the same building with similar prices, and I think they were better equipped and more comfortable (toys for children, better furniture, they left us more water jugs, kitchen utensils). One example was that the TV in the master bedroom could not have the volume turned up or down, so it was impossible to use it

Our stay was simply spectacular. It was definitely one of the best experiences we've ever had at an Airbnb. Everything exceeded our expectations: the beds and couches were extremely comfortable, the furniture was of excellent quality, the water pressure was perfect, and the apartment in general conveyed luxury and comfort in every detail. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to the beach, and both the pool and the common areas are impeccable. In addition, all the staff at the property were always very friendly, attentive and willing to help at any time. Honestly, we couldn't find a single negative aspect. Everything was perfect from the beginning to end. If I could give it a rating of 11 out of 10, I would without thinking twice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

My family and i stayed at La Armada for a week in the luxury condo that can fit 10 but we had 6 people and it was perfect. Cancun has always been a place that i felt unsafe and this place is so private and secure it is the place to be. To start off i don’t go on vacation if the beds are not as comfortable as mine at home and these beds are amazing. Even the sheets and pillows are of the best quality. The master bedroom has an amazing tub that my both boys enjoyed soaking in after there time at the pool or beach. The kitchen was stocked with sodas and beer which was a nice touch to an air bnb. They even have a maids quarters if you want to bring a helper with you to stay. The kitchen had everything you could think of along with coolers to take to the beach. My boys really enjoyed riding in the wagon down to the pool. I’m an outdoorsy person so i enjoyed the veranda which u could see the sea from and it was so relaxing. La Amada and this particular luxury condo i would say is the best.

Had an excellent time staying here for a girl's trip! The place was very spacious and nice, we had plenty of room as a group of 7. The amenities included multiple pools and a beachfront with plenty of seating. It was a beautiful beach spot!! We came in early March and the complex was very quiet, which made our time very relaxing. Gaby was great with helping up set up transportation to and from the airport, as well as grocery delivery. She was quick to respond whenever we had questions! We did have a hard time entering the complex when arriving, as there seemed to be some miscommunication, but Gaby was able to contact security and help us! The complex itself is very safe and secure, all guests wear wristbands and there are 24/7 security guards on site. If you plan to have dinner in the hotel zone, best to plan transport ahead of time and it can be hard to get ubers in that area. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

We had a beautiful vacation! The property was jsut as pictuered and well maintained. Gabby was an extremely responsive host and got back to us right away with any questions or concerns we had. The property itself is gorgeous and well kept. We stayed for 7 days with two families and had a great time. The only issue we ran into was some of appliances. The fridge was leaking and having freezer issues everyday. We had to throw away some of our food as it did not stay cold. We notified the property manager but not sure if anything was done. The laundry facilities were poor and we were not able to dry our laundry even after mutiple uses. The back door lock from balcony was broken and we were unable to lock it which made me nervous as we have kids with us. The restaurant was also closed on some of the days that we were there so it made it hard to get food. We were told it would be available and open so that was a shock and hard as we have young kids and was hoping to just eat on site.

¡The apartment and the place are incredible! Everything is very nice and clean. The beach is the same, very spacious and very nice. The area is very quiet but you have to consider that if it is a little out of Cancun so it is better to wash a car if it is going to be moving or buying food. The communication with the host, Gaby, was always excellent. He is super friendly and was always on the lookout with clear instructions to get to the apartment. It also helped us with transportation to/from the airport which was very helpful. We will definitely be back.
