From arrival we had several issues w/AC & toilets. Contacted host to inform & kept reiterating that it worked, we did everything possible to make it work but it wasn’t & he sounded annoyed. Finally maintenance arrived to fix the toilet, he took a look at it & noticed that in fact was not working. He played around with it & nothing. Finally he was able to make it work. The toilets issues persisted throughout our stay. You had to remove the lid, lift the valve in order for water to refill (all toilets). Two of the bathrooms showers water will not go down the drain. When we got there we had to remove all of balcony furniture from the living room. The floors dirty, the bathrooms were a constant issue, 4th bedroom is a large closet by the laundry room no AC & a fan in order to use it you must leave the door open, due to lack of space to move & not counting our last day we had no water from 8pm until we left. Towels are literally 1 per person & no courtesy of at least a gal of drinking water

This is a great place to stay, excellent security staff .. a beautiful decor. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Cancun....

Great place to stay in Cancun for family and friends, everything is in fact very close as said in the description. This will deff be my go to place from now on and I HIGHLY recommend ! Muchas gracias Paloma 😁

The place looks just like the pictures. The only issue is the smell. It’s like old water or backed up food trap. For my group it was alittle much, so we went and got spray etc which worked for alittle while. The place is like 20 minutes from the hotel zone. Close to restaurants and stores! Felt super SAFE!!!!!!!! The security doesn’t play around! Loved that! We had a great view and it’s peaceful on the patio.

The place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and clean! It is more than you could imagine. The apartment has a great location close to malls and restaurants. It has two pools, a gym and even a sauna ( which my teen enjoyed while it was storming outside) you do have to reserve it in advance. The doorman was also very sweet. He walked us to the apartment and gave us a tour around the building amenities when we first arrived. Thank you Paloma and Gilberto for being attentive/responsive and for being so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place, decor was gorgeous. Furniture was in great shape. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely recommend it!

Espectacular estancia; limpieza impecable, ambientación , súper cómodo , zona segura, todo lo que necesites está cerca , anfitriones siempre atentos y en constante comunicación . Sin dudarlo volvemos.
