Policies
Your reservation includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $750. Intentional or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
We enforce a strict no-party and no-loud-noise policy. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
Important: Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be automatically charged IVA by their bank in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is processed independently of Airbnb and must be handled directly with the bank.

Disfrutamos nuestra estadía y el alojamiento cumplió con nuestras expectativas. El único aspecto que nos afectó fue que, en dos de las tres mañanas, hubo trabajos de mantenimiento alrededor de las 7:00 a. m., lo que interrumpió nuestro descanso. Entendemos que estas labores son necesarias, pero sería ideal realizarlas un poco más tarde, para que los huéspedes puedan descansar mejor. Fuera de eso, la experiencia fue muy buena.

La ubicación de la casa es estupenda, se encuentra en buen estado tal y como aparecen en las fotos. Muy cómoda. el acceso al beach club así como a playa conchal está muy bien. Tuvimos un incidente a la llegada ya que la empresa que gestiona el alquiler no había pasado nuestros datos a la garita por lo que nos tocó estar haciendo llamadas hasta que les pasaron los datos y pudimos acceder al complejo. La casa estaba limpia pero encontramos varias cucarachas muertas dentro de la casa. En general el lugar es muy recomendable.

Este apartamento se encuentra en el Complejo de Reserva Conchal por lo que goza de Seguridad, hermosas áreas al aire libre, senderos, cancha golf, beach club, restaurantes de excelencia. El apartamento muy completo, limpio con dos habitaciones amplias y dos baños amplios. Nos gustó mucho .

We loved our stay! I was traveling with my husband and two young kids, and the apartment was perfect for us all to spread out. There is no ocean view from the unit, as noted. You could probably have a view from a floor or two up. Easy checkin, great communication. Enough towels, paper, etc for our 3 day stay. Very clean and comfy furniture. We didn't cook anything but breakfast in the unit, so the basic kitchen gear worked for us. Access to the Reserva Conchal beach club was fantastic. Operates almost like a hotel. Great staff & pool. Fantastic access to the gorgeous Playa Conchal beach...perfect for kids. Note, its easy to drive to the beach club if you have a car, but it does take about 5-10 mins from the unit, so not fun for lots of back and forth during the day.

Overall, this was a good stay and the apartment is comfortable and well located. The space meets expectations and I would consider staying again. That said, there are a few details that could be improved. The window blind was not working properly, there was a leaking faucet, and the water pressure was a bit low. None of these were deal breakers, but fixing them would noticeably improve the experience. Additionally, I tried contacting Liz, the concierge listed, but did not receive a response. I’m not entirely sure if that was the correct person to contact, but clearer communication on this would help future guests. With some attention to these details, this place could easily be a 5-star stay.
