Casa Samba is situated just a short distance from the center of Manuel Antonio, with numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby. Perched high within the tropical jungle, the villa offers expansive views of both the ocean and surrounding forest.
The Space
This luxury villa features five air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms. A separate casita contains the fifth bedroom, providing additional privacy. All common areas—including the kitchen, dining room, and game/entertainment room—are open-air, equipped with multiple ceiling fans and cooled by ocean breezes.
Each bedroom is located on a different level to maximize privacy. The spacious game room includes a TV, pool table, wet bar with a refrigerator, and ample comfortable seating. The covered outdoor living room is an ideal spot to enjoy the natural surroundings and stunning views.
Monkeys frequently visit the property, so be sure to have your camera ready.

- Hosts maintain social distancing during check-in
- Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door entrance
- Housekeeping and maintenance staff wear face masks at all times
- The villa is thoroughly disinfected before arrival and after departure
- The property is exclusively reserved for your group, with no shared spaces
Important Information
- For last-minute bookings within 60 days, maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Please contact your host to arrange this.
- Laundry facilities are not accessible to guests.
- A cash deposit between $500 and $1,000 is required at check-in, depending on group size, to cover potential damages or missing items.
- Please be aware that reaching the villa entrance from the parking area involves climbing many steps.

OMG this stay exceeded our expectations by far!!! I knew it was ocean view but didn’t expect to also be able to hear it!!! I loved the peacefulness this place had and nothing bad to say because the property is simply stunning!!! We were a big group and this had more than enough space and bathrooms for all of us AMAZING VIEW BEAUTIFUL HOME 🫶🏼 thank you for making our CR stay an amazing one!!!

Million dollar view and then some. It’s more beautiful than the photos and an unforgettable place. Monkeys visited, macaws and toucans flew by, it was magical. As stated- be aware there are many, many stairs. This would not be a good choice for toddlers or folks with mobility limitations.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Communication with David and Fernando was great and our Chef meals were a highlight of the trip! Our only issue was that we had 2 toddlers and the house has tons of stairs without railings that made it challenging to move around the house. Also as you are essentially in Manuel Antonio park, the animals are intense. We saw monkeys (which come after your food) and a sloth everyday, but if you leave any crumbs on the floor the ants and spiders come in like a minute. Luckily they included daily cleaning or this would have gotten out of hand! Overall great stay but I may have chosen a different house for young kids.

Amazing experience! Wonderful home with beautiful views! The team is superb. Everything was very clean and organized. When an issue arose it was fixed swiftly! Chef Marco was the hit of the trip! Great guy and AMAZING food. Out of this world. Added so much to the trip.

Casa Samba was everything and some. We arrived at night and had a look around the beautiful home. Tired from our travels we decided to get some rest and get an early start the following day. And was that the right decision… we woke up to an absolute breathtaking view with howler monkeys at the top of the tree tops alarming the suns coming up, and white faced capuchin monkeys on the game room patio. It was like we were still dreaming. I’d highly recommend Casa Samba as you are in a safe gated community with breathtaking wildlife and views. (We saw all three monkeys from our patio, iguanas, 1 sloth, hummingbirds, and a few other critters.) definitely will be booking another trip in the near future.

The house is big and comfortable, great view and very clean. There are a lot of stairs to get to the house and inside the house.

This house is just like photos and we enjoyed every minute there. The pool looks small but it was the absolutely perfect size for our family that included 6 adults and 2 little ones. The common spaces were so comfortable and inviting. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and to gather together. We just loved it!!
