The house is very nice, just like in the photos. We had a few complications getting there, but it was because on Saturday there was a street market on one side of the street, but with the GPS we were able to get there. Karen was always attentive at all times, we had a very good time, I would definitely come back.

Karen is a very good host, attentive and with very effective communication, the place is very spacious and comfortable, but if you want to be close to the tourist area of Guadalajara, the location is remote.

I had a great experience staying at this location Karen was an excellent host throughout the booking and stay, always communicative and helpful. Santiago was there to greet me in person, which I really appreciated-he took the time to walk me through the place, explain everything clearly, and made me feel right at home from the start. The space was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The personal touch and warm hospitality made a big difference. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, welcoming Airbnb experience. Thank you, Karen and Santiago!

What a great find! There's a local market on Saturdays around the corner (they close down the the street where this house is located) as well as plenty of stores and taco spots :) The house is quite spacious, and they’ve done a nice job placing tables/benches/chairs throughout the premises (great for large groups). A nice touch having an outdoor sound system (although I had trouble configuring one of the set ups in the bar area but no biggie) and the heated pool was clutch; makes for a nice late-night hang. FYI: There is only one key to the main door otherwise you have to ring the doorbell which buzzes in the kitchen (meaning this might entail more coordination within a group). All and all, I’d definitely recommend staying here and would re-book :)

We stayed here for my wedding weekend with my bridal party and this house was amazing! We nicknamed it the compound because it had everything. From a sprawling set up rooms and entertainment areas, this house had it all. We felt we were in our own resort, the pool was heated and the onsite staff were amazing and made us feel at home. My only feedback is that some of the showers smelled like mildew, so a nice deep clean of the showers would be beneficial. Other than that we were in heaven!

Beautiful home and it well accommodates large groups! Karen was very responsive and my guests were impressed of how beautiful and spacious the house was. It was perfect!
