The Space

Welcome to the one-bedroom apartment suite at C-Wave Apartments. This beautiful 60 square meter unit features a spacious 25 square meter private balcony, ideal for enjoying the warm local climate. The living room boasts high wooden ceilings and opens onto the balcony, offering panoramic views and a refreshing tropical breeze.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a gas stove with three burners. The living area includes a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix access. The separate bedroom provides privacy and comfort, featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning for your comfort.

Furniture throughout the apartment is handmade by local artisans, blending modern and bohemian styles to create a cozy and private atmosphere. Additional sleeping space is available with a three-seater sofa that converts into a bed for one or two guests, available at an extra cost.

Other amenities include heated water, a dining table with chairs, a bar with high stools, a comfortable armchair, a small table on the balcony, and high-speed internet with optical cable.

Location

C-Wave Apartments is centrally located in Santa Teresa, just a two-minute walk from the best surfing beaches and a three-minute walk from Muralla Supermarket. The property sits between the well-known Tropico Latino and Banana Beach restaurant and bar.

Guests can easily reach popular restaurants such as Katana, Koji, Good Munchies, Satori, and Banana Beach within a five-minute walk. The apartment is at sea level with no steep streets, making it easily accessible.

For travel, guests can arrive via San José (SJO) Airport, approximately five hours away by road, or fly into Tambor Airport and arrange a private transfer of about 45 minutes.

Private parking is available on-site, though a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for more comfortable travel around Santa Teresa and nearby areas.

Additional Information

Santa Teresa is currently experiencing significant construction development. While there may be some noise from nearby projects, it is generally not disruptive. Ava, the consultant and manager, is available to provide personalized recommendations for reservations, local activities, tours, and places to visit, ensuring a memorable stay.
