The Space
This second-floor condo is conveniently located within Del Mar Residences at Los Sueños Resort & Marina. It offers calming views of the golf course, marina, and Herradura Bay.
The unit includes three bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom
- Second bedroom with two full beds
- Third bedroom with two single beds
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. Please note, there is no elevator access to the second floor.
Parking and Transportation
- One covered parking spot is provided.
- Additional vehicles can use visitor parking located directly in front of the building.
Renting a car or golf cart is recommended for getting around the resort and the Herradura area.
Location
- Marina Village is approximately 5 minutes away by car.
- The private beach club is a 3-minute drive.
- A full supermarket is also located about 5 minutes away by car.

Beautiful place at an incredible location. Incredibly spacious and clean with everything we needed. Johana was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. As was HRG. We’d come back!

Tanto la señora Johana, como la gente de HRG, muy amables. Únicos detalles que se podrían mejorar: 1) El contrato de alquiler estaba únicamente en inglés y debería estar también en español por ser el idioma oficial. En especial que tienen inquilinos internacionales y nacionales. 2) Las cortinas están feillas y vimos una rota.

My wife and I LOVE Marriott Los Suenos. It is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed. Johana's unit is located right next to the golf course with a great view of the course and water. The Beach Club is super nice & highly recommended. Perfect place for a getaway.

Nos hemos quedado donde Johana en varias ocasiones y siempre se preocupa porque la calidad de la estancia see mantenga a lo largo del tiempo. Definitivamente seguiremos visitando 🙂

Mi familia y yo ya nos habíamos hospedado en esta propiedad hace un par de años y después de este tiempo encontramos el apartamento igual o mejor aún. Excelentemente bien mantenido y limpio. Es muy confortable y está bien equipado. En general, el lugar es espectacular, el área de piscinas es muy agradable y tranquilo. Por otro lado, la respuesta de Johana fue muy rápida y atenta. Con toda seguridad volveremos pronto. Muchas gracias y felicidades a todo el equipo de HRG!

Johana place was wonderful! Great view of the bay and golf course. Pool was just steps away! Restaurants and activities just minutes away. Highly recommend it.
