We had an excellent long weekend here! The space had everything we needed and more. Crystal was a fabulous host and put us in touch with fantastic local businesses to make our trip special (chef, massage, decor, transportation, etc.)! We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property! We stayed for my bachelorette party with 8 girls total. Having a responsive host and concierge service made our trip super easy. The concierge helped arrange every activity that we wanted to do and all the transportation. The property itself was also spotless and had every amenity needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for another trip with friends or family!

We loved this stay! It was perfect for our friend’s bachelorette. The space was beautiful and clean, and located in a safe area close to all our activities. The host was super helpful in providing recommendations, driver arrangements, private meals, and decor. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Crystal and her team were absolutely incredible during and preparing for our stay! My group of 10 girls stayed in this home for my bachelorette and had the most amazing time! The home is located about 20 mins away from the Hotel Zone and 30mins away from the Tulum airport so it was the perfect midpoint location. There are also plenty of walkable options once you cross the main road which was so helpful. As it was all of our first times in Tulum, Crystal provided an amazing list of recommendations. She also set us up with an amazing company for private chef & bartender, as well as an excellent transportation company that we used during our stay to get around easily. They also have a service provided by the housekeeper for breakfasts. We had booked about 8mo prior to the trip and Crystal helped us prepare and book throughout that whole time and was super responsive and helpful. On top of that, the home was absolutely stunning! We cannot recommend this listing enough!!

11 of us stayed at casa Balam for my bachelorette trip and we had the absolute best time. My friends and I all agreed this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Cristal went above and beyond to make sure we had everything set up, the house was clean and well maintained by the housekeeper Rosie everyday, the pool was perfect to get sun and also for those who wanted to stay in the shade && the house is BEAUTIFUL !!!! We were all obsessed. We all want to come back and stay at Casa Balam again…this was genuinely one of the best trips of our lives and this house had so much to do with it🤍

The stay at the villa went extremely well. The villa is perfect! Everything was clean and tidy. Everything has been thought out for the comfort of guests. The cleaning lady is very discreet. Luis is available for any problem and is very kind. Cristal is very responsive and gives recommendations on activities in Tulum or taxis for transfers.

This was seriously the PERFECT place for my 30th birthday girls trip!!! The house was absolutely beautiful, super spacious, and we loved that every room had its own A/C so everyone could set their own temperature (major plus 😂). My friends and I enjoyed every single minute here! The location was amazing too — close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and really enjoy the city vibes. The property management team was also incredibly responsive and helpful. They helped us set up restaurant reservations and even arranged a driver for our excursion days, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. I would 1000% stay here again! 😍

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Casa Balam! Such a magical villa! It was the most stunning, beautifully designed, furnished and decorated airbnb we've every stayed in. Every corner was a pleasure for the eye and extremely comfortable and every detail was thought of and provided. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The lighting and styling around the whole house were stunning and we loved every room and the very comfortable outside areas. The beds were big and comfortable. The showers in the bottom master bedroom were just jawdroppingly beautiful. The housekeeper which was included was amazing and kept everything pristine during our stay. Thank you so much Crystal, we had an unforgettable time at Casa Balam. One tiny thing, but it didn't bother us much, was that the garden and pool in the pictures on airbnb looked a lot bigger than in reality but it must have been due to the wide angle camera used. It was still wonderful!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was just as described in the listing and was very clean and well decorated. It has a very modern feel to it and is well stocked with all the items and amenities you might need. Also, every room in the home has its own separate mini split AC unit, so comfort is guaranteed. It is clear that the hosts have put a great deal of time and effort to ensure a high quality experience. In addition to the beautiful home, you will also get the best hosts you could imagine. From the day we booked our trip and throughout our stay, Crystal was extremely helpful providing suggestions as well as advice on various things. She was always responsive and extremely proactive in her efforts to make sure our trip was a success. I would recommend and rebook without hesitation!

Casa Balam is an AMAZING home! We had ten ladies stay for a bachelorette party, and everyone loved the property. It was absolutely gorgeous and the property felt completely safe. Crystal, the host, was instrumental in helping plan our activities as well, providing plenty of recommendations and quick, helpful responses when one of the ladies started feeling sick. 10/10 recommendation from our group! I'd go back tomorrow (and live there if I could!).
