This Airbnb was perfectly located! It was right between the beach and La Quinta Avenida making everything we did walking distance. Even though we felt as if we were in the heart of everything the Airbnb was incredibly peaceful at night. The rooms were perfectly set up for 3 adult couples. Everything was clean and functional. We really enjoyed our stay! Christian was very helpful and took great care of us. We would love to stay here again.

Great location, very close to the beach and a short walk to the main street of restaurants and bars. Some of the nearby bars can be loud, but this didn’t bother us too much and it’s nothing compared to the noise of the more central parts of town. The apartment is a perfect size for three groups sharing, with three equally large en suite bedrooms and a big common area. The complex also has a big pool with loungers and a bar. The only real downside is the apartment is a bit spartan, for example there are no bedside lamps, the plug sockets are not in convenient places, the built in furniture is already falling apart, etc. I’d also prefer to have more information in the apartment, for example where to take trash, how to get a water refill etc, rather than having to message the host or ask reception every time.

Great location ! I loved the pool area with the bar service. staff is friendly and helpful. you can walk just about anywhere from this location. beach is only a few minutes walking

Fué una acertada decisión hospedarnos en Oceana. Las instalaciones de lujo, a unos pasos de playa mamitas y quinta avenida. Chuzo estuvo atento a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda volvería. El lugar se adaptó perfecto al grupo (íbamos 5 adultos y 3 niños), las camas muy cómodas.

Me and my friends fell in love with this place. I didn’t want to leave. Steps away from the beach and 5th Ave, yes there’s loud music on the weekends that ends around 12 but wasn’t issue for us. Will stay here again when I come back to PDC.
