Casa Chavez is a spacious home ideal for large groups, offering stunning views of Cabo San Lucas Bay and the lively downtown area. This 8-bedroom residence accommodates up to 18 guests comfortably, with the option to add 2 more guests upon request for an additional fee.

The property features a large pool, a private tennis and pickleball court, a home theater, and more. It is an excellent spot to enjoy the sunrise.

Guests can arrange additional services such as catering, grocery shopping, and spa treatments for extra charges.

Location

From your private vantage point above Cabo San Lucas Bay, watch fishing boats depart the marina each morning. After enjoying breakfast outdoors, relax in the pool’s built-in loungers. The home is conveniently located just minutes from excellent shopping, dining, and a beautiful beachfront.

Policies and Important Information

• Minimum age for guests is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines.
• Extra person fees apply for guests beyond the 14th.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings or bachelor/bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation contract. The renter must provide the names and number of all guests.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for these fines.
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval and an additional deposit.
• Airbnb bookings are limited to 16 guests; contact the host for rates and arrangements for additional guests.
